Your mission

We're looking for an analytical, creative and driven Digital Product Designer, with significant UX Research experience, to help create the platform behind institutional digital asset operations. 
You’ll work with some of the smartest minds in the industry, collaborating daily with software engineers, product managers and other designers to build this platform.

What you'll do:

• Translate business requirements, user needs and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes
• Know how and when to combine flows, user stories, sketches, wireframes, and deliver pixel-perfect specs
• Plan, conduct and analyse user research at various points of the user journey using appropriate methodology
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
• Implement our user research practice including defining the strategy and building up our research toolkit
• Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
• Effectively communicate research insights, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationales both verbally and visually to stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Facilitate meetings & workshops to e.g. help brainstorm initial design concepts
• Work with small multi-disciplinary teams and partner closely with engineering, product, and business partners to find sophisticated but practical solutions to design challenges
• Collaborate with the rest of the design team to evolve and refine our design system, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced, dynamic product development environment. The cryptocurrency sector moves fast, and we need to keep up!
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in Human Factors, Design, Psychology, Sociology or related field
• In-depth knowledge and experience of UX design
• Experience formulating specific, answerable and practical research questions
• The ability to independently perform all research-related tasks including planning, research, evaluation and iteration
• Effortless creativity

• Awesome organisation skills
• Experience with Agile frameworks
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Experience with a tool such as Sketch, Figma, UXPin or the Adobe Creative Suite
